At the beginning of November the company announced charity project to help children from orphanages to teaching English. For every sold glue stick Kores from special charity edition , CZK 1 went to support the project Pod Křídly (Under the Wings), which is supported by the foundation Nadace Terezy Maxové dětem. The total proceeds from the sale of charity sticks reached CZK 100 224.
Main target of the project is to improve communication and increase self-esteem of children growing up in orphanages with special therapeutic teaching English, which runs throughout the school year, directly in selected institutions. Thus long-term, customized assistance to abandoned children the education, rather than material gifts.
"With the support of Kores and its customers for the project Pod Křídly managed to get 100,224 CZK. We very much appreciate this support. One of the problems that afflict children from orphanages, low levels of education, lack of language skills and the resulting reduced chances of successful application in the labor market. We believe that funds derived from this charity event will help the situation changed for the better, "says Tereza Sverdlinová, director of marketing and PR, Nadace Terezy Maxové foundation.
