Do You enjoy shopping at stationery? You can join a charity project just with buying special glue stick. From each KORES glue stick limited edition, sold from 1.11. 2009 till 31.3. 2010, there will be a contribution 1 CZK to project “Pod kridly”. This project is supported by KORES Praha, global producer and supplier of high quality office and school product together with Tereza Maxova’s children foundation.
The project is helping children in children’s home.
The main aim is to improve their communication skills, support their confidence together with learning English.
For well-balanced psychical development and future of children is necessary to grow in harmonic and supportive family environment. Not all the children are that lucky – there are 24 thousands of children in institutional care.
One of the troubles, which are children at institutional care facing is poor level of education and poor knowledge of languages. This restrict their chances to succeed at the job market. Project “Pod kridly” would like to change this situation at least a little. The core of the project are regular long term English classes with self-experienced therapeutic courses in nature.
KORES Praha committed contributing 1 CZK from each sold glue stick from this limited edition. “We believe, that to support education is much better present than toys, or electronics. Besides that children with English knowledge will have better prospective chances to get a job, therapeutics courses enhance their confidence, relief communication barriers and learn them how to process information. They can benefit from these values in their lives,” Mrs. Michaela Lammrova, Marketing manager of KORES Praha, explains the way of help.
The main aim of Tereza Maxova’s children foundation is to enable every children to grow up in the family. “ To change the unhappy situation in Czech Republic we are focusing in three directions: prevention, support of foster parenting and compensation program for institutional care, where project “Pod kridly” belongs. We are very grateful for help of KORES Praha, we don’t take such help for granted in the time of crisis,” says Mrs. Terezie Sverdlinova, Marketing and PR director Tereza Maxova’s foundation.
